All the information you provide us through the registration forms in this Flautas Nativas LeinaD store is confidential and in no case will we share it with third parties or use it differently from our database. Purchases outside of Colombia are made through money order by Western Union, once the checkout process is completed you will receive the payment information in your email. Which you must do in a physical office of Western Union. It is there where they will ask you for specific details of your bank account, credit or debit card that you will use to buy the instrument or accessory in this online store. No personal financial information will be recorded in our database.

Payment options

Outside Colombia: Western Union (any purchase), Paypal (purchases over 170 dollars)

Within Colombia: Transfer/consignment Bancolombia, ePayco (credit and debit cards, PSE)

Shipping information:

Elite line single flutes and some drones will be available for shipping within 24 hours of purchase. The cedar flutes, Therapeutic Kid, Special Flutes and Dream Harps will begin to materialize after verifying your payment.

Materialization times

The time I need to materialize an order for shipment can vary.

Estimated shipping times:

Flutes in cedar: 1 weeks

Elite Flutes: 2 weeks

Therapeutic Kit: 4 weeks

Dream Harp: 3 weeks

I will do my best to meet the estimated shipping times, but cannot guarantee them. The total actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Tariffs and customs duties

Buyers will pay any applicable customs fees and duties. I am not responsible for delays due to customs formalities.

Shipping modalities:

All shipments within Colombia are made by Servientrega or Interrapidisimo to the address you indicate. The shipping cost will depend on the size and weight of your purchase, for this you pay the shipping price when you receive the package. All international shipments, without exception, are made by Colombian mail 472. There are two modalities: by certified mail 20 to 30 days (economic) air transport and delivery by national mail of each country. Express 472 10 to 15 days (more expensive) land transport to Bogotá by mail 472, air and delivery by DHL. Express DHL 5 current days (the most expensive, but faster and safer) land transport in Colombia, air transport and delivery by DHL. The cost is shown on the checkout page, depending on the modality you choose. In case it exceeds the value charged at checkout, you must assume the difference.


Your instrument will be perfectly packed and protected with bubble wrap and industrial cardboard. Once I send you the shipment, I will give you the guide number and the websites of the transporters, so that you can follow the path of your instrument until it reaches your hands. The time it takes for shipments to any country in the world is approximate, this time may vary according to the variable conditions of the customs status, during this period of customs review, both when leaving Colombia and when entering the country of destination the packages can be opened, that is why I always include a personal letter of responsibility inside the package, also during this time that normally takes between 3 and 15 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose, the status is not reported from the guide to the conveyors. If you have any problem with the flute(s) you received, please contact us immediately on our WhatsApp +57 3144501721 and we will do our best to solve the problem so that you can fully enjoy your musical experience. Our support is Total. If the sound is affected by a defect in the wood, due to natural cracks, we will replace or repair it within 30 days of claim. In case of accidental damage beyond these conditions, including damage during transportation, (The shipping company is responsible for any damage occurred in customs handling.) We will do our best to repair the flute at a reasonable price, the cost of the return shipping will be borne by the customer.



Before buying, keep in mind the following: Each flute is personal and manufactured at the request of each client. In addition to being a process that requires a lot of time of craftsmanship. For this reason, we DO NOT make a partial or total refund of the money paid for it. Just trade for a new flute. In which case the customer will be responsible for transportation costs.
